What data do we process?
Contact details, vehicle details, location details, comments and photos you provide. Technically necessary data such as your IP address and browser type may also be processed temporarily for security and delivery.
Why do we process this data?
To assess your enquiry, contact you, prepare a no-obligation offer, prevent fraud or misuse and carry out our agreements.
Legal basis and retention
We process data at your request before a possible agreement and, where needed, with your consent. Enquiries that do not result in an agreement are generally retained for no more than twelve months, unless a legal obligation requires a different period.
Service providers
For hosting and delivery, we may use Vercel, EmailJS, a connected email provider and Cloudinary. These providers only process the data needed to deliver their technical service.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer of your data. You may also object or withdraw consent. Please contact us using the email address below.
